Overview
The purpose of this assignment was to create a challenging game that related to health. This game revolves around stress and stress management. Stress is a problem everyone faces in life due to many different causes. For this reason, it is important that we effectively find ways to inform people on lifestyle stressors and prevention. My prototype is similar to Heads Up, the game made famous by Ellen Degeneres. It consists of a stack of cards, each with a different word relating to stress prevention on one side. This game is a fun way to inform individuals of the many different ways in which they can reduce the feeling of stress and live healthier, happier lives!

How to Play
There are two ways to play this game.
First, one player sets a timer for two minutes and the other player holds up a card to their forehead without looking at it. The player who started the timer will yell out clues for the player holding up the card without staying the actual word. The first player will continue to guess what is on their card until correct or until they decide to pass. Once the player guesses correctly, they will hold up another card and continue until the two minutes are complete.
The second way to play would be more like charades. The same rules from the first method apply here. However, instead of yelling out clues, the player who can see the card must act out the word.
