Overview
This week our group’s focus was on perfecting our websites. Our main focus was making sure the websites were up to date and that they met all requirements. As of right now, my website is up and running and fully up to date. You can view my biography, all of the project rounds (up to round 4), all HDR photos I have been taking (as well as some other photos I have taken in the past that I really enjoy, my social media accounts, a contact page, and my first blog post!
In addition to the website management, I created a new “Healthy Starts Here” video. It consists of a compilation of different videos when I was the happiest, and participating in activities that not only benefited all dimensions of my health but others too.

This task really opened my eyes to all that goes into creating and managing your own website. There is so much more involved than I previously thought. Though I am learning more way to improve the websites accessibility, layout, and much more, it is still quite a daunting task. Laying out a clear schedule of what needs to be done and when it needs to be done was one thing that really helped me this week. Once I would fix something, I would notice another error and add that to the list. There are still many things I want to improve but they all cannot be done this week.
The most important part of creating a website is to have fun with it! If you’re not enjoying what you’re doing, it will reflect in your work. No matter why you create a website, make sure you like the content you are adding, or else how do you expect others to?

Skills Learned
Creating a website was another area that I was semi familiar with. Last semester I was in charge of creating a team website for my business management class. This time, it was a bit different because I have to upload my personal content. I learned that in order to have a nice and clean looking website, you must stay on top of the game with uploading content. If you don't, you will fall behind and have a lot on your plate at one time. Managing your own website is a full time job, meaning you must be fully committed in order to come out successful.
